Continuous Improvement Leader


Job description


In the Argentina's CIP Team we are continuously challenging ourselves on how to make things work and how to motivate people to improve. Your role in the team will be:


  • Drive and promote continuous improvement standards and methodologies to achieve Manufacturing Excellence by leading or participating in Lean projects and workshops that produce an improvement of the plant IPIs or any other indicators of interest for the company.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement mindset throughout the plant. Train and develop Plant management teams in the formulation and execution of lean projects/workshops.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization to keep developing the Lean culture.
  • Coordinate and support technical assessments within the plant and follow up the actions that have been deployed and completed.
  • Conduct Plant IPI reporting and analysis to achieve targets on the Plant A3 and project plan.
  • Communicate and deploy  Kaizen and Best Practices within the plant and follow Continuous Improvement Indicators.


We work on leading people  into quantifying their improvement but some part of our job is intangible, so, how to quantify it? You will learn how we do it, and also that measuring the problem is the basics to being able to improve or solve it too.




You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with knowledge in business or a recognized business school with a strong interest for a technical environment. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).


You already have basic knowledge in project management and Lean manufacturing. Your Excel skill is at least intermediate, and you are able to meet targets and deadlines. Ideally you have knowledge in problem solving tools, visual management tools, and in flow design.


You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership and good communication skills. You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in this sector can be a plus. You are open-minded and with a serious desire to learn, and you can demonstrate a clear willingness to embark on an international career. You are also rigorous and result-oriented.


You are fluent in English and Spanish.
