Maintain all moulds on site according to the procedure and agreed standard

Prioritise breakdowns, rectifying problems and minimising downtime

Support all production areas as required

Achieves improvement in product RFT through a dedication to tool management and quality



  • Ensure compliance with corporate and division HSE objectives and requirements
  • Carry out breakdowns and services in an effective and safe manner
  • Follow a controlled tool maintenance schedule to ensure tools are managed at a superior level
  • Document all work, repairs or modifications carried out on the tools on site
  • Analyze previous problems from historical data to assist in fault finding on site
  • Undertake all tasks within the agreed shift pattern and cover call out as per schedule
  • During project phase, participate in mold strip downs in collaboration with plant engineer, engineering center and tool makers
  • Supports new project trials and offsite activities, preparing tools for plant industrialization, participates in trails and propose improvements
  • Support SMED activities



  • Dedication to safety
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in tool maintenance of mechanical pieces, with use of lathes, grinders, milling machines and drills
  • Good communicaton
  • Ability to TIG/MIG weld to a high standard 
  • High School Diploma/GED
