Job description

As a Training Development Leader, you will divide your time in two main areas of HR.

Training management:

  • Build the training plan (actions, time schedule, trainers, trainees and budget): analysis of needs expressed by the various departments, training assessment, annual assessment review, progress plan, customer requirements
  • Coordinate with the Training Leader Network to create training synergies
  • Propose the best solutions according to training needs
  • Source, select and evaluate external training companies
  • Organize training sessions and logistics aspects (accommodation, transportation)
  • Administrate locally the Learning Management System
  • Follow up training indicators and make all mandatory reporting

HR Projects:                

  • Organize and follow up the induction process for new employees
  • Administrative support (entry, trial period, exit…)
  • Audit (internal/external) and management review preparation
  • HSE topic (as needed)



You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized business school or university, with a specialization in Human Resources. You have ideally  gained a first experience in this area.

As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in this sector can be a plus.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

Your English is fluent and you have a good command of the German language.
