Primary Responsibilities< < <

Manage< <

  • Set priorities for Engineering, program management, process support, maintenance support, controls, and IS&S group< < <
  • Manage Departmental budgets<
  • Manage InPro, InChange, and InStand<
  • Search of new technologies/remain abreast of new developments<
  • Provide linkage between Regional and Corporate offices, and other groups plant level< <

     <

    Support< <

  • Support all training needs for Engineering program management, process support, maintenance support, controls, and IS&S group< < <
  • Support launch activities for new programs and prototype with INstand<
  • Support continuous improvement activities & initiatives< <

     <

    Lockout/Tag-out < <

  • Responsible for ensuring all authorized Lockout/Tag-out employees have received the appropriate level of training and that these employees are provided with the proper equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform the job safely and that they are adhering to LOTO procedures< <

     <

    Other Requirements< <

  • Authority and responsibility to stop production or shipments when a quality or safety issue arises<
  • Work requires walking, talking, seeing, hearing, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, grasping, crouching, pushing, balancing, reaching, kneeling, and standing<
  • Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures<
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis<
  • Work requires working under high and low temperatures at certain times<
  • Ready to perform in a fast paced, results oriented environment with tight time constraints.< < <

     

    PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

     

    Personal Background

    • Bachelor Degree required, Engineering discipline preferred
    • 5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment< <

       <

      Job Technical Skills< <

    • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)<
    • Previous experience and responsibility for managing technical/complex processes within a manufacturing facility<
    • Blow molding experience not required, but preferred<
    • Experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement preferred<
