Within our plant in Weissenburg, between Munich and Nürnberg, your main mission is to ensure that the operations are efficient. You will report to the Performance & Productivity Director. You will also liaise with several contacts as plants managers and engineers, know-how and continuous improvement team.
As part of the German and Belgium operations teams, the reponsibilities will be :
- define with the plants their performance and productivity roadmap and priorities
- define the relevant planning of actions and resources required to achieve the target
- support the realization and be part of the execution team and workshops in the plants
- follow-up all actions and report the progress - including industrial transformation
- validate the efficiency of the actions with the controlling
- reporting of the activity
Interfaces : Plants managers and engineers, central technical, MRO and controlling Business Unit Central Europe functions, know-how and continuous improvement divisional departements

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering or business school with major in mechanical engineering or production and industrial performance.. You have strong analytical skills. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum
You speak fluent English and German. You also have good skills in Excel.
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership.
You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
