Quality Engineer - Internal Combustion Engine (W/M)

MISSION

  1. Drive qualification of product and process on a Research project to reach customer & Auto Inergy targets of quality, reliability & robustness

 

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  & TASKS 

 

Activity 1: Coordinate quality related tasks of a project

  • Ensure reliability, safety, compliance to norms & regulations – ensure good deployment of quality targets and project objectives internally and at the suppliers
  • Coordinate quality extended team for the project and support project team until end of INPRO R transfer phase
  • Define test and measurement device and control plan linked to FMEA s
  • Provide quality documentation coming from research department required by project team…

 

Activity 2: Non conformity management on projects

  • Analyze prototype or pre-series quality with respective initialization of necessary corrective actions (tolerances, dimensions, production process etc.)
  • Has the authority to stop delivery of prototype or pre-series in case of quality issue justifying this measure.
  • Lead problem solving analysis and track corrective actions

 

Activity 3: Ensure the limitation of risks  

  • Identify and alert quality risks and deviations within the scope of the project.
  • Verify that project deliverables respect the process and comply with best practices
  • Support the building of action plan and check the application

 

Activity 4:  Guarantees application of methodologies and tools

  • Deploy & support use of quality management tools in agreement with Auto Inergy processes and procedures
  • Report on conformity with Inpro R methodologies and unchangeable

 

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

 

Personal Background

  • Engineer (Mechanics, Mechatronics)
  • Quality referential (IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
  • Quality tools (FMEA, 8D…)
  • Metrology, DOE …  

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Team spirit
  • Rigorous
  • Good relationships (customer and Auto Inergy worldwide teamwork)
  • Persuasion
  • Technical skills
  • Languages (English mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of fuel/SCR systems
  • Conversant with audit process and quality tools & methods
