Job description

You will join a team of passionate engineers in our plant of Tudela and be given first responsibilities in the supply chain area. Your main tasks will include:


  • Plan and guarantee the supply of materials in the plant to cover production needs based on priorities and delivery times required by the customer
  • Control and maintain the stock level of raw materials
  • Place orders for materials for the different production areas
  • Control and coordinate with the warehouse manager the reception of raw materials from suppliers
  • Verify delivery compliances from the suppliers
  • Collaborate in monthly and annual inventories
  • Collaborate with the central purchasing team regarding suppliers as needed
  • Monitor and assess the evolution of suppliers and inform the head of the Head of department, purchasing team and SAP
  • Participate in and suggest continuous improvement actions
  • Ensure compliance and development of ISO/TS 16949 and HSE standards
  • Report any situation in your area of responsibility, and manage the data and periodical reports for your perimeter
  • Participate in and validate Engineering changes (ERC)

You are a highly motivated young graduate from an engineering school, or university equivalent with experience in supply chain, material procurement or production planning.

You are a team player, a self-learner and can demonstrate leadership and good communication skills. Open-minded and with a serious desire to learn, you can demonstrate a clear willingness to embark on an international career. You are also rigorous and customer-oriented.

You are familiar with SAP (provisioning module).


You are fluent in Spanish and English.
