Within our plant in Pappenheim, between Munich and Nürnberg, you will work on activities under the responsibility of the Plant Logistics Manager. Your main mission is to provide engineering support within the Manufacturing team.


You will be in charge of:

  • Ensuring that safety policies are understood and respected within your area of responsibility
  • Implementing corporate supply-chain best practices in the plant
  • Preparing the supply-chain KPIs and update the related action plans for review by the Plant Logistics Manager
  • Maintaining and optimizing supply-chain systems (production planning)
  • Contributing to the VSM activities, reduction of NVA activities
  • Designing and implementing improvements in the supply-chain (upstream, internal and downstream physical and information flows) based on Lean principles and Plastic Omnium best practices.
  • Defining optimum stock levels at each step of the production process
  • Being in charge of logistics FMEA
  • Specify the requirements in term of information systems




  • You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized Engineering school with knowledge in plastics manufacturing processes and logistics.
  • Your English is fluent and you have a good command of German.
  • As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum. You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership.
  • You have an interest in the automobile industry; a first experience or internship in this sector is a plus. You are open-minded and are driven by a strong desire to learn, and you wish to undertake an international career.
