  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline; MBA (Master in Business Administration) preferred.
  • English fluency.
  • 10+ years. Experience in Program management in complex technical products for an automotive component supplier. Experience in delivering programs in Mexico,USA, Brazil and/or in Electronics and/or Plastics is a plus.



  • Develops and implements program plans to meet both Customer and Plastic Omnium quality, cost and timing objectives.
  • Responsible for identifying and developing new cost reduction opportunities to further improve financial returns.
  • Manage programs against the various program budgets.
  • Manage and implement the ongoing change management process for all programs.
  • Report regularly on program performance to maintain visibility with the Plastic Omnium Leadership team.
  • Responsible for staffing developing and managing Americas Program Managers.
  • Establish strong customer relationships including the OEM Program Management, Engineering, Quality and Purchasing departments.
  • LPDS/LBOS Lead internal operating system processes and procedures for project teams. Lead Program Milestone Reviews (PMR) for both pre reviews and gatereviews. Ensure projects are complete and documentation properly prepared prior to review.
  • Tracks, measures and analyzes customer program performance, such asprofitability, cost, quality, timing, and resources to determine effectiveness against internal targets and customer requirements. Implements effective changes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepares presentations to explain the status of pursuit and forward model customer programs.
