The Strategic Sales & Marketing Analyst analyzes sales data for the division company. Job duties include collecting data, reviewing current customers, analyzing market trends, running the numbers, and creating detailed reports supporting the sales organization to develop the commercial strategies and improve sales productivity for the organization.

By gathering and analyzing data from customers and sales he understand the business, he supports the sales organization to analyse the customer strategy to better develop business and support the strategic decisions about how best to meet company goals.

The candidate must have strong communication, analytical, marketing, and computer skills.





  • Being the voice of the “sales team for the division”, collaborates with corporate Business Intelligence team to  provide inputs relevant inputs  / division specificities contributing to the accuracy and the quality of the market intelligence reports.
  • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
  • In charge of the Order Intake report for the division,
  • Support BI team for the maintenance and quality of competitive intelligence information in the region (mapping, sourcing data, competitor profiles, customer briefings etc.)
  • In collaboration with CC directors, share region market knowledge widely through the division



  • Responsible for the correct implementation of the “ONEVISION SOLUTION” during the deployment phases and in the long run for their site.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the tool for the division in coordination with PLM, SAP, Coorporate Business Intelligence organizations.
  • Works in collaboration with the functional Application Owners and the IS&S teams to maintain the solution up-to date.
  • Provides support and  training to the end users on his/her functional domain
  • Takes part in the continuous improvement survey and corresponding training plan and makes sure the business processes and rules are correctly applied


  • Collaborate with External communication team & Product marketing for the sake of communication tools creation
