The MISSION within the HR department supporting the Corporate Headquarter teams :

  • As a process owner, leads within his/her perimeter the processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the necessary talents according to Corporate and Division policies. Ensures compliance with employment laws, handling employee relations,
  • As a business partner, collaborates closely with departments management to align HR initiatives with business goals and objectives within a fair working environment. Advisor to managers, provides guidance on people-related matters and helps to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.

 

  • Is accountable for the IMS process management.

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Business school, master's degree (HR specialization) is a plus with 5-7 years in HR field with a minimum experience as a generalist

Good experience in all HR processes (recruitment, training and social relations) and in statutory compliances

Good knowledge of French legislation

Very good communication skills with proven negotiation skills

Strong leadership, result oriented.

Open to multicultural/intercultural environment

Teamplayer

 

Good command of English is a must
