MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Personal administration and payroll (monitoring and updating employee’s files),
  • Create and provide periodical reports for HR and Finance areas,
  • Delivery of monthly report to Social Securit,
  • Completion of various statements and statistics required by the local legal bodie,
  • Monitors temporary employees placed on site: operating procedures, respect of recruitment criteria and labour law,
  • Follow up the assessment of the temporary workers and monitors integration procedures.

 

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional experience: at least 2 years in payroll and personal administration (at 100 employees in payroll),
  • Education: economics or law, university degree,
  • Fluent Polish, English (B2/ C1),
  • Fluent Excel, experience with HR software,
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labour law and social security provisions.
