DIVISION Intelligent Exterior Systems


To provide HR support to all associates



  • Company mailings  i.e. Christmas / Thanksgiving cards, etc
  • Complete SAP transactions
  • Create P.O. requisitions in Alfresco
  • Assist with planning employee events  i.e. Family Day, holiday meals, etc
  • Organize community involvement activities  i.e. Blood Drive, Food donation,
  • Create company newsletter
  • Maintain corrective action log for Greer
  • Assist with the new hire induction process
  • Manage employee personnel records (create folders, file documents, etc)
  • Assist the HR Team as needed
  • Employee relations (i.e. daily interaction, uniforms, other ee supplies)



  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Good organization skills
  • Self motivated
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment
  • Able to represent all shifts as required
  • Competence with MS Office applications
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and bring to successful completion
  • Ability to be productive in the midst of constant interruptions and changing priorities
  • Ability to effectively communicate well with others
  • Ability to be a productive team player
