MISSION

 

According to Plastic Omnium policies and guidelines, to customers’ expectations, and to Auto Inergy Division established goals and budgeted forecasts,

 

Lead Supply Chain Approach towards achieving a world class supply chain organization through

  • coaching of regional leadership team and their managers in a standard supply chain methodology
  • focus on working capital, lead time reduction, and plant cost improvement through supply chain processes
  • standard application of tools and systems to facilitate problem solving skills based on business needs
  • use of data driven analysis to support continuous improvement prioritization at regional and plant levels

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES   

 

 

  • Promote a safe work environment in all activities related to material and information flow
  • Management responsibility of direct report: AAR evaluations, succession plans, and personal development
  • Develop, promote, and implement strategic application of global supply chain processes and tools within region
  • Mentor and participate in plant logistic problem solving approach for top issues and drive to sustained resolution
  • Hands on support regarding escalated supply chain issues within the plant logistic organization
  • Apply key process indicators / data driven analysis to identify top opportunities through extended supply chain
  • Lead supply chain workshops within regional plants as required to achieve biggest global opportunities
  • Consolidation of regional data for global executive reviews with focused priorities and actions defined
  • Responsible to oversee import/export and CTPAT compliance as well as executing at optimal cost
  • Involved in identification and elimination of supply chain waste in the development processes (cost to market)
  • Coach the launch development activities to ensure Supply Chain Systems are applied from the beginning
  • Support external suppliers and customers as required to positively impact our key metric results
