DIVISION Clean Energy Systems




This position combines expertise development activities and specific plant support missions.


The team member ensures that the top technical business issues are immediately reacted to when necessary and proactively resolved through hands on intervention, support, and coaching.

When a critical situation is identified, he/she is temporarily assigned to a site, where he/she makes sure that the most urgent issues are addressed. He/she contributes to the situation recovery, ensures that the company processes are applied, and provides necessary training and coaching. In-between support missions, he/she contributes to the deployment and application of the industrial standards and best practices.


In addition the position includes development support activities


Primary Responsibilities




React to crisis situations requiring dedicated support :

  • Contribute to efficiency improvement action plans as needed
  • Provide hands-on help in order to solve most urgent issues


Drive the application of industrial standards in the region :

  • Share best practices to validate effectiveness & improvement to standards
  • Provide on-job training, coaching and applicable training within their field of expertise
  • Ensure standards are applied through plant visits
  • Ensure all automated systems are current
  • Implement automated systems into plant
  • Assist maintenance personnel in complex troubleshooting
  • Set up and facilitate automation training for all associates
