Develop, implement and monitor a quality system that drives continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and achievement of division targets and values.
The Quality Specialist deploys and follows rules and methods of the quality system. He/she helps to implement quality best practices, procedures, tools and methods, and coordinates all quality-related tasks in accordance with division and customer needs. He/she also supports and advises quality teams with regard to continuous improvement actions.
The Quality Manager implements and maintains the quality system using pre-defined procedures. In addition, he/she identifies and deploys lessons learned,
provides expertise to the different departments, and ensures achievement of quality targets. The Quality Manager manages a team of engineers and/or technicians (including organization, objectives, discipline, and development) in accordance with department and project requirements, and is responsible for the department budget.
