The V.I.E assists the USA Controlling Finance team in all reporting activities and assists the Material Margin Controller in tracking bill of material changes.
TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
Assists the team with Month End reporting
As part of the USA Controlling Finance team, he/she will be responsible of several periodic activities including:
Weekly and monthly volume reporting
Specific, ad-hoc reports as requested
Troy headcount reporting and USA reconciliation
Asset reporting and analysis
Regarding Material Margin assistance, he/she will assist the Material Margin Controller in updating bill of materials tracking on monthly basis
General: at request, he/she produces and coordinates specific reports requested by the USA Operations Controller.
Responsibilities may also include assisting the team in building presentations for the Management.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Personal Background
« Ecole de Commerce » or Master Degree
Prior internships in the manufacturing industry and/or in the reporting function would be a plus
Skills & Abilities
Analytical
Excellent coordination skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Language: English. Another language would be an advantage for the job (Spanish or Portuguese)
Prior exposure to SAP and HFM (ORACLE) would be a plus
