Ensure that safety policies are understood and respected within his area of responsibilities
· Ensure that SCOOP is properly used in the plant and related SILS
· Monitor and enforce adherence to SCOOP Core Model (management rules, process and organisation)
· Control, with Key-Users, that all flows are properly managed in the system with information flows synchronised
with physical flows. Makes sure documentation (book of flows, contingency plans) is always up-to-date.
· Provide regular feedback (monthly) about SCOOP (status on progress plan, indicators, issues…) to the plant
management committee and the country/BU IS Manager
· Alert plant management and country / BU IS Manager, should some deviation be observed
· Lead the SCOOP Key-Users network on site
· Organize frequent SCOOP follow-up meeting with Key-Users (min once every 2 months)
Agenda may include : ITS Progress Plan review, restitution of country / BU SysCo meetings, change in Key-
Users organization, new flows, new products, SCOOP indicators, general information…
· Ensure Key-Users perform their missions in accordance with their job description. Report issues to plant
Director and country / BU IS Manager
· Communicate any change in Key-Users team to central Change Management team & Support Structure
· Coordinate the first level support with Key Users, Participate to support structure reviews
· Have SCOOP users trained and assessed
· Elaborate, with support of Training Manager and local Key-Users, training program for any new SCOOP user
or existing user changing his functional perimeter
· Identify Key-User training needs
· Take care that new functionalities broadcasted by IS Department to the Key-Users are taken into consideration
and communicated to end-users (when applicable to site)
· Establish, with Key-Users, the list of SAP authorizations needed for a user, according to his activities in the
system, and fill authorization request form to start validation workflow
· Guarantee compliance with segregation of duties on our systems
· Organize with support of plant Direction & HR, when necessary, an assessment campaign of SCOOP endusers.
These campaigns must be followed by training sessions to improve users’ level for those who need it
· Identify blocking points on SCOOP appropriation in plant and propose actions to go ahead
· Coordinate / lead local ITS Progress Plan
· Analyze SCOOP indicators and weekly monitoring check-list with Key-Users and propose action plans
· Be responsible for local ITS Progress Plan. Lead workshops to implement local actions and solve issues
· Provide visibility of local ITS Progress Plan to country / BU IS Manager
· Manage impacts on SCOOP : new projects, new flows
· Attend project meetings impacting physical/information flows in the plant
· Attend “Launch Readiness review” meetings and give status on IS matters
· Coordinate SCOOP improvements and new flows development on site
· When new flows / products are not covered by existing core model, raise a request to central IS Department
through ITS Progress Plan
· Be the favourite contact between plant and central IS Department / external IS suppliers
· Attend conference calls between site and Support Structure for open tickets follow-up
· Fill in service evaluation form related to Support Structure
· Communicate information coming from the central SCOOP team on site
· Contribute to global SCOOP improvement action
· Follow-up the issues/tickets raised by the plant in relation with the SCOOP core team
· Participate to System Controllers network meetings organized by country / BU IS Manager
· Contribute actively to workshops, design of new tools, best practices with inputs from his site
