DIVISION Clean Energy Systems
  • Validate the projects costing (Stop Invest)
  • Ensure reliability and control of Free cash Flow in connection with the Program Managers
  • Review and keep track of tooling capex and assets during the development phase
  • Validate the closing of Stop Invests’ at SOP
  • Work closely with the Development, sales, purchasing and plants Teams to ensure that Stop Invests are update and reliable
  • Set and drive regular Stop Invest Financial reviews with each Program Manager (before each Gate review, Budget and Business Plan)
  • Alert and support in case of deviation versus targets
  • Participate in Performance and improvement road map meetings
  • Involved in the month-end closing and reporting
  • Perform Monthly analysis and explanations: hours, sales, capex, margin etc…
  • Review and make sure project accounting treatment in line with the PO rules
  • Ensure that Stop Invests strictly comply PO procedures and policies
  • Involved in the Business Plan, Budget and Forecast processes for its projects
  • Identify, propose and implement improvements regarding the Finance tools and processes

 

            Personal Background, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience : 5 to 10 years in Finance (Controlling, External Audit)
  • Research and Development from a Controlling standpoint
  • Must be legally able to work in the U.S. without any requirement for visa sponsorship/transfer both now and in the future
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Strong ability to thrive in a networked environment
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • SAP ERP system skills
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate profitability, NPV and IRR
  • Ability to work at a very detailed level, but with an ability to summarize at multiple levels for report out to the management team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to manage time, set priorities and meet internal customer expectations
