DIVISION Intelligent Exterior Systems

Missions :

 

  • Captures proven industrial operational and methodological practice, and deploys throughout Division
  • Provides support and assistance to Business Units, and Plants as requested or according to divisional instruction, with the aim to improve industrial performance
  • Verification of the effective deployment of Applied Kaizen, Best Practice and Productivity transfer
  • Designs and deliver training according to our internal University requirements, within the following areas:
    • Focused Improvement
    • Manufacturing Excellence
    • Injection
    • Paint
    • Maintenance
    • Productivity
    • Technical Assessments (Injection, Paint, Maintenance)
  • Provides guidance and support to Plant Continuous Improvement Leaders, and technical network members
  • Trains and develops Business Unit and Plant management in the formulation, and execution of continuous improvement
  • Leads technical assessments (Injection, Paint, Maintenance) with Plant Continuous Improvement Leader and monitor action plans to completion, providing follow-up support as necessary
  • Takes responsibility for specific areas of specialism and expertise (assigned by Divisional CIP Manager)
  • Managing Injection Network
  • Participation within Paint and Maintenance Network with representation on Continuous Improvement Productivity activity
  • Co-ordination of Productivity
  • Leads and manages assigned Divisional projects and workshops

 

Profile :

 

  • Knowledge / Qualification

 

Engineering /Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Computer Literate and statistical knowledge

Desirable some paint and injection knowledge

Fluent in English

  • Previous experience

 

Minimum 7 years’ experience in manufacturing

Strong experience in Continuous Improvement department or as a Production Manager

Experience in developing and applying Lean Manufacturing tools

Experience in training people (designing and delivering)

 

  • Key technical competencies

 

Skilled in the application of problem solving methodology

Specific skills and experience in deployment of Lean Manufacturing

Ability to lead and coordinate projects

Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels

Demonstrated Performance in Delivering Results
