HR Manager – Controlling & Systems

MISSION

  • The HR VIE is responsible for providing overall support to various HR projects and controlling related initiatives within the Americas region. This position will help to ensure all processes, analytics, systems and assigned projects are in alignment with regional, divisional, and group compliance requirements.  This person will also support from a generalist standpoint on items within the Regional Headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • System Management – Enablon, Opteam+, MLP, Process Matrix, etc. 
  • Support Metrics and analytics - Data Analysis & Dashboards
  • Special Projects – Standardize HR Dashboard utilizing Enablon and OpTeam Data to draw meaningful conclusions to assist the business
  • Generalist activities – support intern program, support recruiting, and other HR team activities
  • Support Internal Audits – CQA, IATF, E&Y, benefit audits, etc.
  • Cycle Reporting – AAR, people review, salary review, etc.
  • External Surveys – AOSG, OESA, etc.
  • Compensation – Annual merit process support, local wage analysis, compensation review support
  • Support Benefits & Compliance
  • Immigration support – VIE’s, Visa renewals, etc.
  • Opportunities for Career Development Projects and activities as requested

 

 

ACTIVITIES

  • Support compensation analysis process for all of the Americas
  • Support the people review and annual performance review processes across the Americas region
  • Perform HR generalist activities at the Troy site
  • Support the local wage analysis process at each site within the Americas
  • Assist with immigration items include visa processing, green card applications, and general inquires
  • Manage all metrics for the Americas in Enablon, Opteam+, ADP, etc. Complete monthly analysis on the metrics and create standard reports.
  • Assist in leading all internal audits for Troy – CQA, IATF, E&Y, Benfits Audits, etc.
  • Align responses on all internal audits across the Americas
  • Support external benchmarking surveys – AOSG, OESA, etc.
  • Maintain, manage, and establish human resources Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies of regional HR programs.

PROFILE REQUIRED

Personal Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources with focus on generalist activities, compensation and benefits, policy management, and full cycle data management.
  • Experience working in the automotive and/or manufacturing industry strongly preferred

  • Ability to travel as needed 5 – 10% (internal meetings, recruitment events, plant visits)
