Job description

Within our subsidiary in Poland, your main missions are:

  • Ensure that the MES is properly used in the plant, including compliance with corporate and division HSE objectives and requirements
  • Monitor and reinforce adherence to MES Core rules (management rules, process and organization)
  • Provide regular feedback (daily, weekly & monthly) about MES, status on progress plan, indicators, issues…) to the plant management committee and the BU IS Manager Organize frequent MES follow-up meeting with Key-Users (min once every 2 months).
  • Report issues to Plant Director, Engineering Manager and country / BU IS Manager
  • Organize frequent MES follow-up meeting with Key-Users
  • Coordinate MES improvements and new flows development on site

You will be in charge of working with Key Users to continuously enhance the use of the core model and of supporting the plant organization for the continuous improvement of the tool.


You have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

You possess a profound knowledge of MES/smart manufacturing systems and SAP PP, MM. You are able to analyze and interpret statistical tests, present data in form of reports and graphs.

As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).

You are a team player with strong communication and problem solving skills. You have demonstrated some leadership and are customer-oriented. You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in this sector can be a plus.

You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn and discover new concepts, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.

Your speak English fluently.
