MISSION

  1. Maage external and internal communication in the region with a special focus on China
  2. Perform market / busiess analysis related to the region
  3. Coordiate the organization of Tech Days and external events in Asia

 

 

TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES

 

COMMUNICATION

  • Manage and coordinate external events and spoken opportunities in the region in line with the division communication plan
  • Manage and coordinate internal events and support communication initiatives in the region
  • Relay and implement corporate promotion in the region (intranet, website, corporate presentation, goodies, sponsoring operations etc.)
  • Ensure seamless product promotion with regular update of showrooms and mock-ups and related materials (posters, product sheets, …)
  • Support  corporate identity/branding implementation in the region (graphics charter, logos)
  • Manage digital communication tools to promote company branding and technologies in the region

 

MARKET INTELLIGENCE

  • Responsible for the maintenance and quality of competitive intelligence information in the region (mapping, sourcing data, competitor profiles, customer briefings etc.)
  • Responsible for the regional monthly automotive market report with a special focus on China
  • Support internal system data inputs and data maintenance in collaboration with the Business Intelligent Market Manager of the division.
  • Support one off recurrent market analysis (President, Budget, BP, etc.) for the region

 

SUPPORT GROWTH IN CHINA

  • Identify and document relevant Fuel System, SCR and powertrain market trends in the region,
  • Identify and exacerbate OEM’s interest in new technologies (through Tech Day, press release…)
  • Coordinate the organization of  Tech Days with Asian OEM’s
  • Special support for “New Energies” activities in China

 

 

 

   

PROFILE REQUIRED

 

Personal Background

  • English, Chinese; French/Chinese bi-national as a plus
  • Previous experience coordinating Automotive Tier1 supplier participation to an Autoshow
  • Previous experience in a marketing/communication position in the Automotive sector
  • Knowledge of Asian automotive industry
  • Master degree in marketing , business administration, communication
  • Technical background a plus

  • Capacity to lead several key projects in parallel
  • Teamwork
  • Must be at ease working in an international environment
  • Must be a good listener
  • Analytical skills for market/business analysis
