Leadership Development Program associates will gain technical expertise and build a broad network within our organization. Participants will gain hands-on experience and have the opportunity to develop leadership skills through multifaceted projects and day-to-day business operations. 


Primary Responsibilities

Our Leadership Development Program is a 2-year rotational program designed for recent college graduates.  Participants will complete three 8-month rotations with a primary focus on Operations.  You will gain leadership exposure through structured networking events and targeted training.


As a Leadership Development Program associate, you’ll work in an organization dedicated to innovative research and development. You’ll enjoy challenging work experiences and gain high-level exposure as you rotate through different assignments at one of the world’s leading tier-1 automotive manufacturers. 


Typical rotations include one or more of the following:

  • Process Design Engineer
  • Logistics Coordinator
  • Material Planner
  • Quality Engineer
  • Production Supervisor
  • Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist
  • Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer






  • BS or MS in Engineering or manufacturing/Supply Chain
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA upon graduation
  • Must be willing to relocate on program
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requirement of visa sponsorhip now or in the future
