MISSIONS

 

Project Management

Manage Project according to PLM Roadmap defined by PLM Program Manager
ManagePlanning, budget, quality of Project
Reporte Risks issues and drive mitigation actions
Ensure interfaces with other PLM Projects and CPO Team for efficient coordination.
 
Business need elicitation
Support Business Owners to formalize their Business needs
Study  and Validate Feasability with define tools
Define Functional Specifications Requirements with support of Business Owners
Evaluate and Arbitrating requirements to ensure company consistencies with others Processes
Elaborate Project Concepts (Ergonomy, Story Board, ….)
 
Project deployment
Lead actions to ensure acceptance by Users and Business Owners
Build UAT scenarios and Tests Cases with Key Users network
Support deployment
Monitor usage and ensure End User satisfaction
Ensure Business Project Documents update (Specification, Tests Cases, ….)
 
Change management support
Define educational goals of training and develop contents
Propose alternative ways of learning (Serious Game spirit)
Assist training sessions to end users
Support Communication Plan
 
Continuous improvment
Assure Benchmark on Market Tools (Techwatch) and present potential innovation to CPO Team
Participate to External Working Group (GFUC, DS meetings, …)
 
PROFILE
Graduated from Engineering school with minimum of 5 years of experience in PLM project management
